The role
You already hold a life or health license. You want cases that matter: estate planning and wealth transfer, key person coverage, bespoke term life. At McClure & Co. you work those cases with Prudential, MetLife, Northwestern, Pacific Life, MassMutual, New York Life, Lincoln Financial and Transamerica behind you, and a proactive service model (the 75-45 Day protocol) that keeps clients for the long term.
The structure
- Independent agent, 1099, commission-based; the full schedule is in your written contract
- Remote; licensed in all 50 states, so you can serve clients anywhere
- Mentorship on advanced case design; claims advocacy team
What you bring
- An active life or health license in at least one state
- Evidence you have sold, in any industry
- Coachability and a long view
