This policy describes how McClure & Co. Insurance Advisory ("McClure & Co.", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, our forms, booking pages, text messages, emails and phone calls, and in the course of providing life insurance advisory services.

We collect information you give us directly, information generated as you use our services, and limited information from third parties.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address and state of residence.
- Application details for producer roles: work history, licensing status, resume and any optional audio or video introduction you choose to record or upload.
- Client engagement details: information needed to design, place and service a policy, which may include date of birth, health and financial information you provide to us or to a carrier through us.
- Usage data: pages visited, referring links, campaign parameters, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Communications: the content of messages you exchange with us, including text messages and call notes.
03How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, design and service insurance solutions with carrier partners, evaluate applications for producer roles, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders and service messages, improve the website, and meet legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.
04Text messaging
If you check a consent box or otherwise agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your enquiry, application or appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent are never sold, shared or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

07Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with insurance record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Applicant records are kept for a limited period after a hiring decision unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and licensing retention requirements. You may opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link in any message and out of text messages by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, which we will honor as they apply.
09Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
