It is not legal, tax, investment or accounting advice and is not an offer of coverage. Illustrations are estimates based on assumptions that may not apply to you. Coverage, pricing and eligibility are determined by the issuing carrier after underwriting, and any recommendation we make is given only after a personal consultation.
03Licensing and carriers
McClure & Co. is a licensed life insurance producer. Products are underwritten and issued by independent carrier partners, each of which is solely responsible for its own policies, claims and financial obligations. Carrier names appearing on this site identify companies we are appointed with and do not imply endorsement of this site by those companies.
04Producer roles
Information about producer opportunities describes independent contractor relationships compensated by commission. Nothing on this site is a promise of income, employment or a specific outcome. Licensing requirements, timelines and costs vary by state and are set by state insurance departments, not by us.
05Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Submit forms or bookings on behalf of someone else without their permission.
- Interfere with the site, probe its security, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or that you do not have the right to share.
- Misrepresent your identity, licensing status or affiliation.
06Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics and the 75-45 Day Protocol name and description are owned by McClure & Co. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
07Third-party links and services
The site may link to carrier sites, state insurance departments, exam vendors and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
08Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, McClure & Co. and its partners, producers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless McClure & Co. from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which McClure & Co. is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
